1. Ordering Process
1.1 Orders can be placed via our webshop: www.burcii.com.
1.2 Once an order is placed, the customer will receive a confirmation email with an order summary. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate information during the ordering process.
1.3 Burcii Beauty reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases of incorrect information, suspected fraud, or other valid reasons.

3.2 If the customer does not receive a confirmation, they are advised to contact us via the contact page on www.burcii.com.


4. Delivery
4.1 Orders are processed and shipped after payment is received. Estimated delivery times are displayed during the ordering process and may vary depending on the chosen shipping method.
4.2 Burcii Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping service.


5. Cancellation and Modifications
5.1 An order can only be canceled or modified if it has not yet been processed. To request changes or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible via the contact page on www.burcii.com.
5.2 Once an order has been processed, cancellation is no longer possible. However, the customer may use the right of withdrawal, if applicable (see Return Policy).


6. Returns and Refunds
6.1 Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original condition.
6.2 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
6.3 Once the returned products are received and inspected, any applicable refund will be processed within 14 days.
