1. Right of Withdrawal
1.1 Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving their order without providing a reason.
1.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must contact us via the contact page on www.burcii.com and submit a return request within the withdrawal period.

2. Conditions for Returns
2.1 Returns are only accepted if the product:

  • Is unused.
  • Is undamaged.
  • Is in its original packaging.
  • Discounted items cannot be returned.

2.2 Products that have been opened, used, or damaged are not eligible for return.
2.3 Hygienic products such as makeup or other cosmetics can only be returned if the seal has not been broken.

3. Return Procedure
3.1 Customers wishing to return a product must follow these steps:

  • Contact us via the contact page on www.burcii.com and specify the product they wish to return.
  • Wait for approval of the return request.
  • Send the product within 14 days of approval to the provided return address.

3.2 The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Refunds
4.1 Once the returned products are received and inspected, the customer will receive a confirmation.
4.2 Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and approving the returned product.
4.3 The refund will be issued using the same payment method as used for the original order.

5. Exceptions
5.1 The following products/services are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-made or personalized products.
  • Services that have already been performed (e.g., makeup artistry and bridal hairstyling).

5.2 For products damaged during shipping, the customer must report the damage within 7 days of receipt, including clear photos of the damage.

6.1 If a customer receives the wrong product, this must be reported within 7 days of delivery via the contact page on www.burcii.com.
6.2 In such cases, Burcii Beauty will cover the return shipping costs and ensure correct delivery.
