  1. Shipping Options and Costs
    1.1 Burcii Beauty ships products within the Netherlands and to selected international destinations.
    1.2 Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and depend on:
    • The destination of the order.
    • The weight and size of the order.
      1.3 Free shipping may be offered for orders exceeding a specified amount. Any conditions for free shipping are listed on www.burcii.com.
      1.4 Orders are shipped with UPS, DHL, and PostNL. The shipping carrier is selected based on destination, weight, and size of the package.
  2. Delivery Times
    2.1 Burcii Beauty aims to dispatch orders within 1-3 business days after receiving payment.
    2.2 Estimated delivery times are as follows:
    • Within the Netherlands: 1-5 business days.
    • International: 5-14 business days, depending on the destination.
      2.3 Delays caused by the shipping service or unforeseen circumstances are beyond the responsibility of Burcii Beauty.
  3. Order Processing
    3.1 Orders placed on business days before 4:00 PM are processed on the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM or during weekends are processed on the next business day.
    3.2 Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a confirmation email, including a track & trace code (if available).
  4. Delivery
    4.1 Orders are delivered to the address provided by the customer during the checkout process. Always double-check the address details to avoid delivery issues.
    4.2 If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information, additional shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
    4.3 In case of failed delivery due to the customer’s absence, the carrier will offer a new delivery attempt or deliver the package to a pickup location.
  5. Damaged or Missing Packages
    5.1 If an order is delivered damaged or incomplete, the customer must report this within 7 days of receipt via the contact page on www.burcii.com.
    5.2 Burcii Beauty will provide an appropriate solution, such as replacing the product or issuing a refund.
  6. Shipping Restrictions
    6.1 Burcii Beauty does not deliver to countries or regions where delivery is restricted or prohibited due to customs laws or import regulations.
    6.2 It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the ordered product can legally be imported into their country.
  7. Force Majeure
    7.1 Burcii Beauty is not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by force majeure, such as natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or other extraordinary circumstances beyond our control.
