Article 1 – Applicability
1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all services, products, offers, agreements, and deliveries of Burcii Beauty, including those via the webshop www.burcii.com and physical services such as makeup artistry and bridal hairstyling.
1.2 By using the services or products of Burcii Beauty, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
1.3 Deviations from these terms are only valid if agreed upon in writing.

Article 2 – Offer and Agreement
2.1 All offers on the website and in communications are non-binding and subject to availability.
2.2 An agreement is established when the customer places an order via the webshop or avails a service, and Burcii Beauty accepts it.
2.3 Burcii Beauty reserves the right to refuse an order or request, for instance, in cases of suspected misuse or incorrect information.

Article 3 – Prices
3.1 All prices listed on the website and in quotations are in euros and exclude any applicable shipping costs.
3.2 Burcii Beauty reserves the right to change prices. Any price changes will be communicated in a timely manner.
3.3 Apparent errors or mistakes in pricing do not bind Burcii Beauty.

Article 4 – Payment
4.1 Payments for products or services via the webshop must be made in advance using the available payment methods.
4.2 For services such as makeup artistry and hairstyling, a (partial) advance payment may be required. This will be clearly communicated in advance.
4.3 In case of late payment, Burcii Beauty reserves the right to suspend or terminate the agreement.

Article 5 – Delivery and Execution
5.1 Burcii Beauty strives to deliver products and services carefully and within the agreed timeframe.
5.2 For webshop products, an estimated delivery time applies, depending on the chosen shipping method. Delays will be communicated as soon as possible.
5.3 The risk of damage or loss of products transfers to the customer upon delivery.

Article 6 – Cancellation and Returns
6.1 For services: Appointment cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur costs.
6.2 For products: The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing a reason, provided the product is unused and in its original condition.
6.3 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

Article 7 – Liability
7.1 Burcii Beauty is not liable for indirect damages, including consequential damage, lost profits, or missed savings.
7.2 Burcii Beauty’s liability is in all cases limited to the amount paid by the customer for the relevant service or product.
7.3 Complaints about products or services must be reported in writing within 7 days of delivery.

Article 8 – Privacy
8.1 Burcii Beauty respects its customers’ privacy and processes personal data solely in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

Article 9 – Force Majeure
9.1 Burcii Beauty is not liable for shortcomings in the performance of the agreement caused by force majeure, such as outages, pandemics, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Article 10 – Governing Law
10.1 All agreements and these terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.
10.2 Disputes will preferably be resolved through mutual consultation. If this is not possible, disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
